Cavoo

An hour of talk, summed up in a minute

No need to re-listen or scroll through pages of text. Cavoo turns each recording into a summary of decisions and key points, plus a to-do list.

Launching soon on iPhone and Android.

From recording to summary

  1. Record or import

Any recording works: a meeting, a class, a client meeting or a voice memo.

  2. Cavoo writes the summary

When the recording ends, Cavoo reads the transcript and writes the key points.

  3. Act on the to-dos

Follow-ups mentioned in the conversation are listed as to-dos.

Tips for better summaries

  • State the goal at the start

Saying what the conversation is about helps the summary stay focused.

  • Recap decisions out loud

A quick recap at the end makes decisions stand out in the summary.

  • Mention names and dates

“By Friday” or “Lisa will check” turns into clearer to-dos.

Questions and answers

How does the AI summary work?

When a recording ends, Cavoo reads the transcript, writes a short summary of the key points, and lists the action items as to-dos.

What does a summary include?

A short overview, the key points and decisions, and a list of to-dos pulled from the conversation.

Can I get a summary of an imported file?

Yes. Imported audio files get a transcript and an AI summary, just like live recordings.

Can I still see the full transcript?

Yes. The summary sits on top of the full transcript, so you can always check the details.
